Randstad is seeking an Accounting Specialist to cover a short term leave for our Mississauga client. This on site role will support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, assisting with invoice processing, statement distribution, and supporting month end activities. This position requires experience with QuickBooks and intermediate Excel skills, ideally with manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities
Process daily and monthly customer invoicing, credit notes and billing activities.
Manage accounts receivable, collections, cash application and customer follow-ups.
Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close.
Review customer contracts to ensure billing terms are accurately captured in SAP.
Respond to customer billing inquiries and statements.
Support quarterly forecasting and ERP testing/implementation activities.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
