Join our team as a Junior IT Developer & Support Specialist and help shape the future of our technology as we rebuild our core ERP system from the ground up using C# and Blazor on a SQL Server. You’ll play a hands-on role in customizing AG 2.0, gaining valuable experience while serving as the go-to IT resource for a close-knit team of nearly 80 employees.

Position Overview

• Location: Mississauga, ON (on-site)


• Position: Junior IT Developer & Support Specialist


• Type: Permanent, full-time, on-site — 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure new in-house ERP (AG 2.0) using C# and Blazor


• Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support ERP functionality


• Work alongside the IT Manager and C.O.O. in all development and testing configurations, identifying any concerns, issues or risks


• Incorporate the use of Claude Code on a regular basis to assist in design and development


• Test new features and troubleshoot bugs prior to deployment


• Provide first-line technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues


• Provide ongoing support with IT systems administration (servers, networks, user accounts)


• Assist in training employees on new ERP features and functionality as they're rolled out


• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Computer Science, Software Programming, or Software Development, combined with 1-2 years of relevant experience


• Working knowledge of C#, with some exposure to Blazor or another modern web framework


• Comfortable with SQL and working in an AI-supportive environment


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail


• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities


• Quick learner with a passion for new technologies and innovation


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team


• Practical confidence to troubleshoot all things IT support-related

Hiring Range

• Starting range between $65,000 - $75,000, contingent on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
