Remote IT Support Technician

The IT Onsite Support Technician serves as the primary onsite point of contact for technical support, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues and maintaining end-user productivity. This role provides hands-on troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and IT service delivery for internal customers.
Manage onsite support tickets and remote technical support
Respond to technical issues via phone, email, chat & on-site support
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
Monitor site to proactively identify and resolve issues
Support overall IT initiatives for migrations, patches and updates, as assigned
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice
• 2+ years of experience working in a help desk or onsite support environment
• The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field and a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience working in a help desk or onsite support environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA preferred
• Experience with Azure, PowerShell, or monitoring tools preferred
