Our client is a well-established technology company specializing in security solutions for the HPE NonStop platform, with more than 30 years of experience supporting organizations that rely on mission-critical systems.

They are looking for a NonStop Support Specialist to join their team and provide knowledgeable, responsive support to their customers. This is a customer-facing technical role combining troubleshooting, product expertise, customer communication, and quality assurance.

You’re a technically strong support professional who enjoys working with customers and getting to the root of technical issues. You’re organized, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of problems from initial inquiry through resolution. You can communicate technical information confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Provide responsive technical support to customers by addressing questions and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the HPE Nonstop platform in collaboration with internal technical teams.
• Communicate with customers through email, phone, and online channels, ensuring clear follow-up and timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions.
• Participate in training to build in-depth knowledge of the company’s Nonstop product portfolio.
• Deliver online technical presentations to customers and sales prospects.
• Provide backup Quality Assurance testing to verify bug fixes and ensure existing product functionality is maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and the overall customer experience.

• Hands-on experience with the HPE Nonstop platform in a technical support or technical role.
• Previous experience in customer-facing technical support or a related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization, diligence, and follow-up skills.
• Confidence presenting technical information virtually to customers and sales prospects.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• A proactive, responsive approach to customer support.
