Advisor Relations Customer Service Representative
iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance)
Support advisors remotely as a Customer Service Representative specializing in Advisor Relations, using active listening and analytical problem-solving skills. Work a fixed 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.
You will serve as the first contact for advisors and their clients, resolving inquiries efficiently while providing guidance. The position combines phone and email support, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up. Success requires clear communication, organization, accountability, and effective priority management. You will support English and French-speaking advisors and clients daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls professionally using active listening
- Provide accurate phone and email inquiry responses
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve tool-related technical issues
- Document calls and emails in JIRA
- Escalate unresolved issues and follow up within timelines
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Two to three years in mutual fund call center operations
- Advanced French proficiency for daily advisor support
- IFIC Operations Course completion considered an asset
