Enjoy helping customers and keeping orders on track? Our client, a leader in the food industry, is looking for a French–English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a close-knit team in the west GTA.

You’ll be a key contact for customers, helping with orders, answering questions and following up when something needs attention. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll work closely with sales, logistics and other departments to keep customers informed and deliveries moving.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders and changes by phone, email and electronic ordering systems, including EDI and CIMS.
• Enter orders accurately in SAP, checking inventory, delivery requirements and customer specifications.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and keep customers updated on their status.
• Help customers with sample requests, product information and other order-related questions.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch and order coordinators to arrange accurate, timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Create QNOTES when required and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience in customer service and order management.
• A practical approach to solving problems and following through on customer requests.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several orders and priorities at once.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work closely with others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an asset.
