- Verify and classify accounts receivables data daily
- Process incoming payments adhering to financial policies
- Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger for payment accuracy
- Generate financial statements detailing account statuses
- Post-secondary education in accounting or bookkeeping
- 1-2 years of administrative/customer service experience
- Experience with accounts receivable preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Strong data entry skills and understanding of accounting principles
