Accounts Payable Clerk (Hybrid) - Eurofins NSC Canada, Inc.

Accounts Payable Clerk position in Toronto supporting a shared services team. The role involves processing invoices, coding transactions in accounting systems, managing vendor relationships, and handling purchase-to-pay activities in a high-volume, multi-company environment.
Responsibilities
- Review invoices for proper documentation and approval compliance
- Code and enter vendor invoices into Great Plains and Coupa systems
- Schedule and process payments in accordance with vendor terms
- Create and receive system purchase orders
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain accurate vendor records
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with Great Plains accounting software (asset)
- Ability to process high transaction volumes and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability
