Business/Sales Analyst - Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care, Inc.

Business Analyst reporting to the President, responsible for financial strategy, accounting operations, and month-end close for Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care. The role requires driving financial insights, implementing internal controls, and streamlining processes to support leadership decision-making and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general accounting operations and month-end/year-end close in compliance with regulations
- Lead business unit budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to align plans with performance
- Manage internal controls and compliance requirements to maintain financial integrity
- Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Drive process automation initiatives and ERP system enhancements to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years progressive experience in accounting or finance with leadership responsibility
- Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Excellent communication skills to translate financial results into business insights
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with process improvement focus
