What will your typical day look like?

 

As a member of the Archer (GRCE) production support team, your typical day will involve monitoring and managing production incidents, triaging issues, and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established SLAs. You will provide ongoing operational support to maintain system stability, performance, and availability across supported use cases and integrations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and executing production deployments, validating releases, and supporting change management activities to ensure adherence to governance standards and release schedules. You will deliver regular status updates on incidents, risks, and backlog items, perform root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and vendors, you will drive issue resolution, escalate critical incidents when required, and leverage your .NET expertise to troubleshoot application and integration-related challenges.

 

• Lead Archer platform production support for critical use cases.
• Manage incident lifecycle including monitoring, triage, and resolution.
• Support operations including integrations and workflows.
• Execute production deployments and release management.
• Ensure compliance with governance and change management standards.
• Provide operational reporting and continuous improvement through RCA.

The team operates in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with business stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver reliable and effective support. Working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven setting, team members are empowered to solve complex challenges, coordinate across multiple groups, and maintain strong communication while ensuring operational excellence and continuous value delivery for our clients.

You are someone who has these skills, experience & qualifications:

 

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience in production support with tools such as RSA Archer or ServiceNow
• Ability to manage incidents and meet SLA commitments.
• Exposure to .NET environments for technical troubleshooting.

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

• Strong understanding of Archer workflows and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Archer API integrations.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
