Responsibilities include incident management, bug resolution, performance tuning, environment monitoring, and support for integrations across global eCommerce operations.\n\n * Troubleshoot Magento storefront, Admin, API, checkout, and order flow issues.\n * Resolve module conflicts, theme rendering issues, indexing failures, and caching problems.\n * Manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and apply patches or configuration fixes.\n * Support Elasticsearch, Redis/Varnish caching, CDN configurations, and DB performance.\n * Monitor logs, queues, cron jobs, and overall system health.\n * Troubleshoot integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PIM, OMS, payment gateways, shipping, and tax services.\n * Validate API calls (REST/GraphQL), data transformations, and sync failures.\n * Support Adobe Commerce Cloud (PaaS), AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments.\n * Assist with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes-based deployments, and rollback management.\n * Work with product managers, QA, infra teams, and developers.\n * Produce RCA reports, deployment documentation, and knowledge base articles.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * 5+ years of Magento/Adobe Commerce support or development experience.\n * 5+ years of strong PHP, Magento 2 architecture knowledge, and API debugging skills.\n * 5+ years of experience with PWA Studio, GraphQL, caching layers, search configurations, and multi-site setups.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
