Claims Supervisor: Lead a High-Impact Auto/Property Team

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG)

Gallagher Bassett Canada is seeking a Claims Supervisor to lead a team of adjusters and administrative staff across commercial lines, including auto, property, and CGL. The role emphasizes efficiency, client communication, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of claims experience, CIP licensing in progress, and a strong understanding of litigation and settlement processes. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and the role offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
