This role provides strategic support within the CNG and propane sectors, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. You will advise on regulatory compliance, assist with mergers, and manage corporate governance for Superior. Utilize your legal knowledge to draft and negotiate agreements, ensuring proactive strategies to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate diverse commercial agreements
- Advise on regulatory compliance and business initiatives
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including strategic transactions
- Assist with corporate governance and reporting
- Manage litigation and insurance-related matters
- LLB or J.D. with membership in a Canadian law society
- 4-9 years of corporate legal experience in-house or at law firms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
- Expertise in managing complex legal issues
