CIBC is seeking a Senior Counsel who is a member in valuable standing of the Ontario bar and has at least six years of experience, including work at a leading law firm or corporation. This role requires expertise in corporate and commercial laws, as well as robust skills in contract negotiation and compliance with Federal regulations. You will work closely with different teams, offering proactive legal advice to support banking products and respond to evolving regulatory landscapes.
