As a Senior Counsel, you will collaborate with leadership to ensure that Uline's business operations are compliant with legal regulations. This role involves assessing commercial transactions with U.S. teams and proactively identifying regulatory risks. Your expertise will significantly contribute to the alignment of legal strategies with business goals in our quick-growing North American landscape.
Key Responsibilities Advise on Canada operations and ensure legal compliance
Partner with U.S. teams for transaction alignment
Identify and escape legal risks proactively
Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documents
Collaborate with HR on employment practices and policies
Requirements Juris Doctor from ABA accredited institution
Active member of the Law Society of Ontario
5+ years of legal experience in corporate settings
Solid writing, communication, and analytical skills
U.S. company experience is a plus
