- Welcome and guide customers in the branch lobby
- Recommend banking alternatives and digital options
- Conduct client conversations regarding banking services
- Identify customer banking and credit card needs
- Support inventory management and operational activities
- 1-2 years relevant experience or certification
- Confident in using online tools and applications
- Experience in consultative sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful self-starter ready to collaborate
