Strong customer service skills are key to effectively closing deals on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts
- Provide strategic legal advice to management
- Support compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate effectively with teams from EMEA and Asia Pacific
- Maintain and organize legal records and systems
- Juris Doctorate and membership in the bar association
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and client service orientation
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
