Technical Manager for Wayside Track Products

Lead the future of railway technology as a Technical Manager for Wayside Track Products in Toronto, ON. This full-time role demands expertise in engineering, project management, and stakeholder communication. In this position, you will bring your technical leadership to manage the On-Corridor Works project, coordinating with engineering and installation teams. Your focus will be on ensuring technical consistency, managing design reviews, and facilitating successful stakeholder communications. You will solve technical issues and be a representative for both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the On-Corridor Works project's technical scope
- Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and commissioning teams
- Manage technical communications for customer acceptance
- Conduct design reviews and ensure regulatory compliance
- Resolve technical issues alongside design and subsystem teams
- Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Professional Engineer of Ontario or readiness to obtain
- 8+ years in engineering or technical functions
- Understanding of railway signalling systems
- Proven technical leadership and decision-making skills
