Lead the innovation of Agentic AI at ToolsGroup as a Senior Technical Product Manager. Shape the future of supply chain planning by owning the Agentic AI strategy and delivering impactful capabilities. ToolsGroup is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to spearhead the development of Agentic AI within our cutting-edge planning platform. This strategic role involves guiding the first phase of agentic capabilities, collaborating with engineering, ML, and design teams to transform concepts into workable prototypes. You’ll actively define product roadmaps that enhance operational efficiency and customer trust. Key Responsibilities:
- Own Agentic AI strategy and roadmap for planning suite
- Lead Zero-to-One discovery and initial release execution
- Collaborate with engineering to define agent creation capabilities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with design and marketing
- Develop evaluation suites for safety and task success
- 7–10+ years in Product Management
- Proven experience with ML/AI product delivery
- Strong communication skills for executive interactions
- Familiarity with supply chain planning systems
- Comfort with probabilistic models and optimization
