Salary range: $51,209.60 - $55,057.60. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.

Hours per week: 40

Paid leave: 3 weeks vacation per year

The  Welcome Centre Customer Service Representative (CSR)is the first point of contact for prospective and current students, alumni, staff, faculty, and community members. As a key member of the Welcome Centre team, this role delivers welcoming, knowledgeable, and student-centered service across multiple channels.  

The CSR provides information, triages inquiries, connects guests to the right resources, and supports recruitment, engagement, and special events. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to exceptional service and student success.
