Customer Service and Sales Associate (Sales Genius)

Job Responsibility:
- Mint Smartwash (Mint) is a technologically advanced express tunnel car wash. Mint is currently seeking applicants to join our team of Shine Geniuses. Mint is a fast paced, rewarding work environment, with a key focus on safety, efficiency, and providing a top-quality level of service to all customers.

As a Sales Genius you will use your knowledge and experience to take great care of our customers. This will include selling Mint memberships, helping customers with questions, loading cars and facility upkeep.
- Being knowledgeable on product and promotions to being able to serve the customer
- Being motivated to speak with the public with a positive attitude
- Building customer relationships through great service
- Perform all job tasks in compliance with all Mint procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Perform vehicle cleanliness inspections and other Mint checklists.
- Perform all tasks following safety protocols
- Identify and troubleshoot issues occurring with operating systems
- Represent Mint in the community in a positive manner
- Facility upkeep and maintenance
What you bring:
- Be a sales superstar and be passionate about helping people
- Have stellar people skills and a great personality
- You're an upbeat, self-motivated, tenacious team player who is a fast learner
- Valid driver's license or ability to get to and from work
- Availability to work between the hours of 6am and 9pm, as scheduled
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Good computer skills
- General labour skills and a willingness to learn light mechanical maintenance are beneficial but not required
- Previous experience in a supervisory role would be an asset, but not required
