Bicycle Mechanic and Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bicycle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bike assembly, maintenance, and repair, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bike assembly, tune-ups, and repairs on a variety of bicycles (road, mountain, hybrid, e-bikes, etc.).
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend solutions.
- Service and adjust brakes, gears, drivetrains, wheels, and other components.
- Build and true wheels (experience preferred but not required).
- Assist with inventory management and parts ordering.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and explain repairs clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bike mechanic (shop experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of bicycle components and repair techniques.
- Basic knowledge of e-bike systems.
- Passion for cycling and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- New graduates from bike mechanic programs welcome.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39.5 per week
