Overview Are you an outgoing, motivated individual looking to jumpstart your sales career? You don't need to be a car expertjust bring your enthusiasm and a desire to help customers! We are looking for a Car Sales Associate to join our team. Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in finding a vehicle that fits their needs and preferences.
- Showcase vehicle features and benefits with engaging presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive sales.
- Assist customers with financing options and trade-in evaluations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
Skills
- Sales experience is a plus but not required we'll train you!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual/multilingual candidates are a plus!
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer service and a drive to succeed.
