Requirements <\/h3>

• Strong AutoCAD and Revit Skills <\/span><\/span>

• Heating and cooling load calculations using HAP tools or
  similar <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability to size mechanical systems and select equipment <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability to review, interpret and apply building codes in
  different jurisdictions <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Excellent time management and organizational skills <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Thrive in a fast -paced working environment <\/span><\/span>

• Ability to identify potential risks and report them to the

• Mixed Use, Multi -Family experience would be an asset <\/span><\/span>

• 4–7 years working experience in the building industry with
  extensive Revit and AutoCAD experience <\/span><\/span>

• A Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, or
  other related fields <\/span><\/span>

• C.E.T. designation <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
