We are seeking motivated individuals with strong customer service skills to join a well-established supplemental benefits organization that has supported families for more than 65 years. As we continue expanding into new territories, we are looking for dedicated Benefits Representatives who are ambitious, professional, and ready to grow with our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with clear information about available products and services
- Answer questions related to coverage, benefits, and account options
- Stay informed on current programs, services, and updates
- Review existing benefit plans to help identify more cost-effective solutions
- Deliver a positive and professional experience for every client
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for someone who is sharp, motivated, and growth-oriented. The right candidate is a strong communicator, works well in a team environment, and can stay focused under pressure. An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn are also important for success in this role.
