Mission Eye Care is a tech-forward optometry and medical aesthetics clinic known for exceptional patient care, innovative services, and a collaborative team culture. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.
Who You Are
You're someone who:
- Has experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused role.
- Can communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships with people.
- Stays organized, adaptable, and calm in a busy environment.
- Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Learns quickly and takes initiative.
Bonus: Experience in optometry, aesthetics, or another healthcare setting is considered an asset.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth visit.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments.
- Educate patients about our services, products, and eyewear options.
- Process insurance claims and assist with administrative tasks.
- Support patient coordination to help the clinic run efficiently.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by capturing photos, videos, and social media content.

Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Alternating schedule:
- Week 1: Monday–Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday (giving you an alternating three-day weekend!)
- Optional four-day work week (32–40 hours).
