Fuze HR Solutions est à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) en recrutement pour sa division Industrielle au Québec. Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) possédant une expérience éprouvée en recrutement de personnel manufacturier et industriel, ainsi qu’une solide expérience au sein de l’industrie du recrutement et du placement de personnel.

Il s’agit d’un poste hybride basé à notre bureau de Montréal, avec une présence requise de quatre (4) jours par semaine au bureau et une (1) journée en télétravail.

Responsabilités principales

• Recruter, présélectionner, évaluer et jumeler les candidats qualifiés aux besoins spécifiques des clients afin d’assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction.
• Gérer les médias sociaux ainsi que le système de suivi des candidatures (ATS/CRM), en veillant à ce que les candidats soient évalués dans les délais requis et que toutes les activités de recrutement soient consignées quotidiennement.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les membres des équipes internes et les représentants des clients.
• Développer et maintenir un bassin de candidats qualifiés, entretenir des relations durables avec les talents et promouvoir activement les meilleurs profils auprès des clients.
• Soutenir les membres de l’équipe au besoin.
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe requise dans le cadre du poste.
• Atteindre ou dépasser de façon constante les objectifs mensuels de recrutement et les indicateurs de performance établis.

Qualifications et compétences recherchées

• Expérience pertinente dans l’industrie du recrutement et du placement de personnel.
• Expérience spécialisée dans le recrutement pour des postes manufacturiers, industriels ou en entrepôt.
• Capacité à s’adapter rapidement aux changements du marché et à ajuster les stratégies de recrutement en conséquence.
• Excellentes aptitudes en chasse de têtes (headhunting), réseautage et développement de relations professionnelles à tous les niveaux.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles permettant de collaborer efficacement avec les intervenants internes et externes.
• Grande aisance avec les outils informatiques et les nouvelles technologies.
• Intérêt marqué ou expérience avec les technologies émergentes, l’intelligence artificielle et l’automatisation des processus de recrutement.
• Capacité à analyser les données et à utiliser les indicateurs de performance afin d’orienter les décisions stratégiques.
• Éthique de travail exemplaire, intégrité et souci constant de l’excellence.
• Persévérance, initiative et motivation, combinées à une grande flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation.

Job Summary: We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant for our Industrial Recruitment division in Quebec. We’re looking for professionals with proven experience filling manufacturing roles and background from the recruiting/staffing industry who want to be part of a dynamic, growing, and winning team! This is a hybrid position (4 days in office, 1 day remote); it will be based at our Montreal office location.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to clients’ specific job order requirements to ensure client satisfaction
• Social media & applicant tracking system (ATS/CRM) management; make sure all candidates are screened on time and daily recruitment activities are entered into the system
• Partner/collaborate with other internal team & client representatives
• Candidate management (build pipeline, maintain relationships, and skill market top talents!)
• Support team members, when required
• Perform other duties as required
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly recruitment goals and performance targets

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience from recruitment & staffing industry
• Specialize in filling manufacturing/warehouse positions
• Able to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies as needed
• Has passion and skills for head hunting; with strong ability to network and grow relationships at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal & external contacts
• Excellent computer skills and tech savvy
• Proficiency (or passion to learn) advancing technology with AI and recruitment automation
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use reporting insights to drive strategic decisions
• Strong work ethic with integrity & high standards of excellence
• Tenacity, initiative, and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptability
• Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude!
• Available to do after-hours or weekends when required
