Consultant·e XTP (ION) - Senior XTP (ION) Consultant

Nous recherchons un·e consultant·e senior possédant une expertise approfondie de la plateforme XTP (ION) afin de soutenir une équipe TI spécialisée dans les dérivés cotés. La personne retenue contribuera activement à la configuration, à l’optimisation et à l’évolution de la plateforme dans un environnement de marché critique et hautement performant.

Ce mandat représente une excellente opportunité pour un profil combinant expertise fonctionnelle et technique, capable d’intervenir autant sur les activités de support applicatif que sur les initiatives d’amélioration continue et de livraison de projets.

Responsabilités

• Configurer et faire évoluer la plateforme XTP (ION) selon les besoins d’affaires et les initiatives en cours
• Accompagner l’équipe dans les activités de configuration, de support et d’optimisation du système
• Réviser les configurations existantes et recommander des améliorations afin d’optimiser les processus et la stabilité de la plateforme
• Participer aux tests fonctionnels, End-to-End (E2E) et aux tests de régression
• Contribuer à l’analyse, au diagnostic et à la résolution d’incidents complexes en production
• Identifier les inefficacités dans les processus de capture des transactions, d’allocation et de reporting
• Fournir une expertise fonctionnelle et technique sur les solutions XTP
• Assurer le transfert de connaissances auprès des équipes internes
• Documenter les configurations, procédures, processus et meilleures pratiques
• Collaborer avec les équipes technologiques et d’affaires dans un environnement combinant opérations et projets

Profil recherché

• Expertise reconnue sur la plateforme XTP (ION)
• Expérience significative dans les environnements de dérivés cotés (Futures et Options)
• Solide expérience en configuration applicative et support de production
• Bonne compréhension des processus post-marché :

• Expérience avec Jira, Xray et les méthodologies de tests
• Expérience dans des environnements alliant support applicatif et livraison de projets
• Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements critiques à haute disponibilité

We are seeking an experienced XTP (ION) Consultant to support a technology team specialized in listed derivatives. The selected consultant will play a key role in the configuration, optimization, support, and continuous evolution of the XTP platform within a fast-paced and mission-critical trading environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior consultant with strong functional and technical expertise who is comfortable working across production support, system enhancement initiatives, and project delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance the XTP (ION) platform based on business initiatives and operational requirements
• Support the team in platform configuration, system evolution, and day-to-day application support activities
• Review existing configurations and recommend improvements to optimize platform stability and operational efficiency
• Participate in functional, End-to-End (E2E), and regression testing activities
• Contribute to the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex production incidents
• Identify inefficiencies within transaction capture, allocation, and reporting processes
• Provide functional and technical expertise related to XTP
• Support knowledge transfer initiatives and mentor internal team members
• Document configurations, procedures, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate with technology and business teams in an environment combining operational support and project delivery

Required Profile

• Proven expertise with XTP (ION)
• Strong experience in listed derivatives environments (Futures & Options)
• Solid background in application configuration and production support
• Good understanding of post-trade workflows, including:
