Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Recruteur(se) principal(e) francophone, hautement organisé(e) et axé(e) sur les détails, pour se joindre à notre équipe. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) devra démontrer une expérience en sourcing de candidats et en recrutement complet (cycle complet). Cette personne sera responsable de soutenir les candidats à travers les différentes étapes du processus d’acquisition de talents.
Ce rôle exige de fortes compétences organisationnelles ainsi que la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. La collaboration et l’esprit d’équipe, combinés à d’excellentes aptitudes en coordination, sont essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste. À titre de Cadre principal en acquisition de talents, vous serez également responsable d’accompagner et de mentor(er) les membres juniors de l’équipe Talent.
L’équipe d’acquisition de talents est responsable du sourcing, du tri, du recrutement, de la sélection, ainsi que de l’apprentissage et du développement de talents juniors destinés à la clientèle d’mthree dans les secteurs des services financiers et commerciaux.
Les personnes postulant à ce poste devront être en mesure de gérer divers besoins en recrutement au sein de notre clientèle interne, couvrant un grand nombre de régions géographiques en Amérique du Nord, incluant les États-Unis et le Canada. Vous serez responsable de susciter l’intérêt pour les programmes d’mthree tout en recrutant des candidats de haute qualité et hautement diversifiés pour des postes chez nos clients.
Responsabilités :
- Assurer la livraison constante de candidats diversifiés, de haute qualité et rapidement disponibles pour l’offre mondiale Alumni d’mthree.
- Gérer le recrutement de bout en bout pour des rôles de niveau junior à intermédiaire/sénior, selon les besoins.
- Sourcer, présélectionner et évaluer les candidats pour nos clients externes.
- Contribuer à la stratégie de sourcing afin d’assurer que le bassin de candidats, tous domaines et emplacements confondus, soit constamment maintenu et suffisant pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Participer à des événements et établir d’importants partenariats locaux avec des organisations académiques et axées sur la diversité, afin de promouvoir mthree et de générer de l’intérêt pour le programme Alumni (incluant salons de l’emploi, séances d’information et autres événements de réseautage).
- Mener et coordonner des entrevues approfondies.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Développement des affaires et Services clients pour comprendre en profondeur les besoins du programme Alumni.
- Maintenir une image professionnelle de l’entreprise en offrant un service impeccable à tous les candidats.
- S’assurer que la base de données interne des candidats soit toujours à jour et complète pour fins de rapports.
- Aider à la préparation des rapports requis concernant les candidats, les entrevues et les placements.
- Faire preuve d’une volonté d’approfondir ses connaissances de l’industrie et d’améliorer continuellement son sens des affaires.
- Atteindre et surpasser les objectifs établis.
- Enregistrer toute activité pertinente dans Greenhouse (ATS) et Salesforce (CRM).
- Mener des entrevues simulées comportementales, offrir de l’aide pour les CV et fournir du soutien et du coaching afin de faciliter le placement des candidats.
- Retirer les diplômés de Cascade et Salesforce lorsqu’ils quittent le programme.
- Soutenir l’équipe Talent avec diverses tâches ponctuelles, au besoin.
- Surveiller et gérer les affichages de postes sur le site Carrières.
- Offrir un soutien pour les traductions françaises au sein de l’équipe Talent, au besoin.
Compétences et expérience
Essentiel:
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement interne ou en agence. Une expérience en recrutement technologique est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour bien collaborer avec diverses équipes et parties prenantes.
- Maîtrise des outils et logiciels de recrutement tels que : Greenhouse (ATS), Salesforce (CRM), Monday.com, LinkedIn Recruiter et autres plateformes de recrutement.
- Expérience en recrutement technique et en gestion de pipelines de candidats (un atout important).
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité à travailler de manière collaborative dans un environnement dynamique.
- Expérience en planification et coordination d’entrevues, incluant les entrevues techniques et comportementales simulées.
- Familiarité avec la gestion des affichages de postes sur les sites de carrière et le sourcing multicanal.
- Capacité à gérer des tâches ponctuelles et à mener plusieurs activités simultanément.
- Exigence linguistique : maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented French Speaking Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in candidate sourcing and full life cycle recruitment. They will be responsible for supporting candidates through various aspects of the talent acquisition process.
This role requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A team player with excellent coordination abilities is essential for success in this position. As a Senior Talent Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring junior members of the Talent Team.
The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for sourcing, screening, recruitment, selection, and learning & development of junior talent into mthree’s client base in the financial services and commercial sectors.
Individuals applying to this role will be expected to manage a variety of job requirements across our internal client base, spanning a large range of geographic locations across North America, including the US and Canada. You will be responsible for generating interest in mthree’s Programs alongside recruiting high quality and highly diverse candidates into positions with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the Delivery of constant, high quality, diverse and readily available candidates for mthree’s global Alumni offering.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of junior to mid senior level roles as needed.
- Source, screen and evaluate candidates for our external clients.
- Assist in driving the sourcing strategy, ensuring the pool of candidates across all disciplines and locations is well maintained and sufficient to service client demands at all times.
- Participate in events and form important local partnerships with academic and diversity related organizations to promote mthree and to generate interest in the mthree Alumni program (Including Career Fairs, Information Sessions and other Networking Events).
- Conduct and coordinate in-depth interviews.
- Work with Business Development and Client Services teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our Alumni programme requirements.
- Maintain a professional image of the Company through providing a professional service to all candidates.
- Ensure the internal candidate database is fully up to date at all times and complete for reporting purposes.
- Assist in preparing reports as required on candidates, interviews and placements.
- Display eagerness to grow knowledge about the industry and continuously improve business acumen.
- Deliver and exceed your targets.
- Record all relevant activity on Greenhouse (ATS) and Salesforce (CRM).
- Conduct behavioural mock interviews, conduct CV/resume support exercises, and provide support and coaching as needed to assist with candidate placement.
- Remove graduates from Cascade and Salesforce upon their resignation from the program.
- Assist the Talent Team with ad hoc duties as required.
- Monitor and manage job postings on the career's website.
- Assist Talent Team with French Translations as needed.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 3-5 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment. Tech-related recruitment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Recruitment software and tools like Greenhouse (ATS) Salesforce (CRM), Monday.com, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience with technical recruitment and managing candidate pipelines is highly beneficial.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews, including technical and behavioral mock interviews.
- Familiarity with managing job postings on career websites and sourcing candidates through various platforms.
- Ability to handle ad hoc duties and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Language Requirement: Candidates must be professionally proficient in both English and French.
