Senior Real Estate Director Opportunity

- Evaluate potential store locations for retail growth
- Conduct feasibility studies of new development projects
- Lead negotiations for leases and agreements
- Present findings at Real Estate Capital Meetings
- Partner with teams to ensure timely store openings
- University degree in relevant field such as Real Estate or Finance
- 10+ years in commercial real estate with a focus on retail
- Proven track record of successful negotiations
- Knowledge of retail sector and landlord relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
