Senior Director of Alternative Asset Strategy

Drive alternative asset strategies as the Senior Director at Dynamic Funds, located in Montreal or Toronto. Shape investment solutions across diversified client portfolios. As part of Scotia Global Asset Management, this role encompasses a pivotal contribution to portfolio construction practices. You will focus on integrating various alternative asset classes into institutional and retail portfolios while collaborating with distribution and product teams. Your leadership in this position will require exceptional communication skills to support and educate clients about investment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with institutional teams to optimize asset allocations
- Deliver comprehensive insights and custom investment solutions
- Educate stakeholders with engaging presentations
- Develop portfolio frameworks that include private equity and infrastructure
- Create and refine educational content about alternatives
- Minimum 10 years in asset management or strategy roles
- CFA and/or CAIA strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation and engagement skills
- Knowledgeable in private market strategies
- Client-centric with strategic collaboration abilities
