Leasing Administrator (Commercial Real Estate)

Job Description
- Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of lease renewals and amendments.
- Maintain and update lease records in the company database.
- Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Generate and analyze leasing reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist with the coordination of lease negotiations and approvals.
- Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Leasing Administrator (Commercial Real Estate) should have:
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements and commercial real estate processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
