Director of Investments with MACH Montreal

Shape the future of real estate as MACH's Investment Director in Montreal, focusing on impactful acquisitions and dispositions. Join a collaborative team committed to sustainable development. MACH is expanding its investments team and seeks a Director of Investments to spearhead acquisition and disposition strategies. This position involves evaluating opportunities, financial analysis, and coordination with multiple departments. You will also mentor analysts and lead negotiations, making your role vital in driving projects that benefit communities and the environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Investment Committee in evaluating key opportunities
- Lead seller financial analysis with the Accounting department
- Prepare offering memorandums for internal stakeholders
- Manage negotiations and coordinate due diligence processes
- Improve procedures for acquisition evaluations and tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum seven years in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in French and English
- Argus knowledge is a plus
