As the UX Design Director, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to crafting memorable user experiences for both GARAGE and DYNAMITE.

Requirements
- 10+ years in digital product design; leadership experience needed
- Solid portfolio showcasing UX and UI design solutions
- Proven track record connecting design work to business metrics
- Proficient in Figma and advanced design tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design/HCI or equivalently relevant
