Duties to include, but not limited to-
- Providing training and leadership to technicians
- Provide daily coaching and monitor assigned work
- Ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in recruitment in staffing
- Attend meetings and training sessions
- Experience in Microsoft word and excel
- Excellence in customer skills
- Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Business management skills
- Ability to work well with others
