Create and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Train new and existing staff on proper food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures. Monitor employee performance, delegate daily tasks, and resolve any workplace conflicts. Assess needs and order necessary ingredients, food supplies, and equipment. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, daily sales, and food wastage to minimize losses. Assist in preparing food order summaries and provide input on labor and food costs. Assist management with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes. Enforce quality control standards for taste, portion size, and presentation. Handle guest complaints, special requests, and feedback in a friendly and professional manner.Vacancy posted 25 days ago
