Salary: $46,000 - $60,000, based on experience

About The Position

We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our growing Interprovincial Traffic (ITS) team in Surrey. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for both external and internal customers, supporting our local branch operations and the larger ATS Traffic group across a range of orders and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, providing knowledgeable support on sales-related questions and concerns.


• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.


• Enter orders and quotations into Business Central, supporting both customers and Account Managers.


• Process branch production and art proofs for customer orders.


• Monitor inventory levels for direct sales and assist walk-in customers.


• Support the sales and rental departments as needed.


• Complete data entry related to safety and operational documents.


• Process customer payments when required.


• Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day branch operations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience (preferred).


• Experience with SalesPad/Business Central or a similar sales/data entry system (asset).


• Previous experience in the traffic control, construction, or road safety industries (asset).


• Post-secondary education in a relevant field and/or customer service training (asset).


• Strong product knowledge, particularly in traffic or safety equipment (asset).


• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend corrective actions.
