Job Description
Out TW Distribution center in Longueuil is looking for a Customer Service Clerk.
As a Customer Service Clerk You will be responsible for handling returns and warranties at the distribution center.

Your main responsibilities:
- Request return authorizations from suppliers and complete the appropriate forms
- Follow up on internal (distribution centers) and external (local suppliers) purchase claims with the store manager, suppliers, and/or distribution center contact person;
- Manage supplier return warrantie
- Conduct necessary research for all customer credit requests
- Perform various clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.).
Qualifications
To join our team, you must, among other things:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Being comfortable handling a high volume of emails.
- Be bilingual in French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada.
