We are urgently seeking skilled IVR Developers to join our innovative contact center team in Toronto. If you're passionate about telephony engineering and integration, apply now and become a vital part of our digital transformation journey!

What You’ll Need:

4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development within contact centers, especially with CVP (Contact Center) platforms.
Proficiency in Cisco Call Studio / Cisco CVP, VXML Server, and CVP custom elements (Java).
Strong Java development skills, including client backend integrations ( REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, MS SQL Server).
Experience in CVP Java applications, API integration, data sharing between IVR systems and agent desktops, and customer self-service solutions.
Knowledge of UCCE / ICM integration (routing scripts, DNIS, queuing, CTI variables, Finesse Agent Desktop).
Familiarity with tools like Cyara for testing and quality assurance.
Knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a big plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
Skills in speech recognition, speech repair, and NLU tuning are advantageous.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

An undergraduate degree or technical certification (graduate degree preferred).
Proven success working in fast-paced, enterprise contact center environments.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support and development.
