Finance Operations Specialist at O'Dell HVAC

Elevate your finance career with O'Dell HVAC Group as a Finance Operations Specialist. Focus on Accounts Receivable and Payable in a supportive, people-first workplace. In this specialist role, you will report directly to the Regional Financial Operations Manager. Your focus will be ensuring accuracy in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. This position is essential for maintaining compliance and operational excellence within our diverse organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately prepare and process customer invoices
• Support collection efforts through effective communication
• Maintain updated records of customer payments
• Process vendor invoices by established policies
• Organize financial records for audit readiness Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable and customer service
• Excellent detail orientation and numeracy skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite
