Senior Administrative Assistant – Burlington, ON

Seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to work in the Burlington area. This role offers flexibility to work from home, up to $70,000 annually, 3 weeks vacation, and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the leadership team in the Finance Department Calendar management, meeting coordination, conferences, and company events Coordinate travel arrangements and processing expenses Coordinate meetings, taking minutes, and action items Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports Manage day‑to‑day office operations and office housekeeping Perform ad‑hoc activities and project support as required Qualifications / Competencies

3‑5 years of experience working in a senior administrative role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (and familiarity with AI tools) Strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and take initiative Job Type

$60,000.00–$70,000.00 per year Benefits
