Drive residential financing success in Calgary as a Residential Financing Manager. Help the team achieve financial objectives while managing relationships with key partners in this hybrid work role. In this permanent, full-time position, you will support the Vice-President, Residential Financing by implementing strategic business plans. Your responsibilities include communicating financial objectives, monitoring team activities, and managing a talented group of financing experts. Establish business relationships and provide insights into client segmentation and transaction execution, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Vice-President in executing business plans
- Communicate financial goals and necessary activities
- Monitor team's development and identify improvements
- Manage territories and allocate resources efficiently
- Develop talent within the local mortgage community
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience managing a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of residential financing products
- Familiarity with SAP software
