Architecture Manager at BRP

Lead the architecture practice at BRP, where technology meets innovation in business applications. This hands-on managerial role requires guiding teams and setting standards for enterprise solutions across various domains. As a Manager of Architecture at BRP, you will mentor a team of architects while overseeing core systems such as ERP, CRM, and Data Analytics. Your expertise in both business capabilities and technology solutions will drive modernization efforts in our complex manufacturing ecosystem. You'll collaborate with product teams and IT to align roadmaps with enterprise strategies and ensure comprehensive security and performance considerations. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor enterprise and solution architects for enhanced performance
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards
- Oversee architecture for core enterprise systems
- Ensure non-functional requirements are integrated into designs
- Lead architecture reviews to ensure compliance with standards
- 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in architecture roles
- Preferred experience in Retail and sales
- Strong background in enterprise applications and integration
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
