Strategic IT Business Partner at BRP (Laval)

Elevate business strategy at BRP as an IT Business Partner, collaborating closely with leaders to drive impactful IT project delivery. Shape marketing and digital initiatives through effective technology investment prioritization. Reporting to the Senior Director of ITBP and Delivery, you'll play a crucial role in managing project portfolios that maximize value delivery.
This position requires engaging with key stakeholders to establish solid business relationships while understanding their IT needs. You will also support business case development and oversee the overall IT initiative portfolio for BRP’s Marketing and Digital sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner in discussions with key stakeholders
- Manage budgeted IT projects for marketing and digital initiatives
- Oversee IT initiative portfolio and assess major IT risks
- Facilitate request prioritization to optimize investments
- Participate in IT project governance committees for decision-making
Requirements
- 5-10 years in business/industry, with 3 years in IT project delivery
- Proven relationship management and business analysis skills
- Experience in marketing and digital environments
- Ability to use technology for business strategy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
