AI Solution Architect at BRP

Transform business needs into AI solutions as an AI Solution Architect with BRP. This role requires experience in technology integration and solution design across all domains. As a solution architect, you will report to the Manager of Solution Architecture. You will define solution architecture for specific projects while collaborating with business leaders to ensure solution alignment with organizational strategy. Your understanding of industry-specific AI adoption patterns will play a key role in designing scalable solutions that comply with legal and security standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts across business and technology domains
• Design reusable AI applications architecture
• Implement technology solutions for all BRP domains
• Ensure compliance with security and legal requirements
• Partner to align IT solutions with organizational strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in solution design
• Proven capability in translating business needs into AI solutions
• Understanding of AI governance and transparency frameworks
• Familiarity with MLOps and machine learning algorithms
