Manager of Architecture at BRP

Lead the evolution of architecture at BRP, focusing on business applications and technology platforms. This strategic role emphasizes guiding architectural standards and aligning tech with business needs. In this key leadership position, you will mentor a team of architects and drive the modernization and digital transformation of BRP’s complex manufacturing ecosystem. Collaborating with business leaders and product teams, you'll ensure scalable solutions and non-functional requirements are integral to design processes. Your expertise will help enhance the company’s architectural governance and standards across various domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor enterprise and solution architects
- Define architecture standards and principles for governance
- Oversee architecture for core enterprise systems
- Embed non-functional requirements into all designs
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance
- 10+ years in IT, 5+ in architecture roles
- Proven background in retail and sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and integration
- Experience with leading teams in matrixed organizations
- Comprehensive grasp of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
