Analyste Surveillance Rpcfat (Côte Saint-Luc)

Une carrière en tant qu’analyste RPCFAT dans l’équipe Détection & Surveillance, à la Banque Nationale, consiste à agir en tant qu’expert en matière de lutte contre le recyclage des produits de la criminalité et le financement des activités terroristes. Vous aurez un impact positif sur la gestion des risques interne de la Banque grâce à votre esprit analytique et vos connaissances des différents produits bancaires et stratégies de blanchiment d’argent.
Responsabilités
- Participer à la détection et à la prévention du recyclage des produits de la criminalité et du financement des activités terroristes
- Démontrer une bonne connaissance des indicateurs et stratagèmes RPCFAT ainsi que des lignes directrices du CANAFE et du BSIF en matière de RPCFAT
- Procéder à des analyses transactionnelles, reconnaître les indicateurs de risque potentiel et établir un diagnostic
- Effectuer des recherches, recueillir les renseignements et compiler les données pour documenter les dossiers selon les standards établis de façon claire, concise et factuelle
- Maintenir une saine gestion de risque au quotidien
- Déclarer les transactions douteuses à CANAFE dans les délais réglementaires
- Collaborer avec différents secteurs de la Banque pour offrir votre expertise
- Participer à l’amélioration des systèmes et processus de gestion des risques
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat connexe au secteur d'activité ou certificat universitaire 1ᵉʳ cycle et une année d'expérience pertinente
- Diplôme d’études collégiales de trois ans ou l’équivalent académique, connexe au secteur d'activité, et quatre années d'expérience pertinente
- Esprit analytique et de synthèse
- Connaissance des opérations et produits bancaires
- Maîtrise des logiciels World et Excel
- Connaissance de la loi, des règlements et des lignes directrices en lien avec le RPCFAT (souhaitable)
- Expérience en service à la clientèle (souhaitable)
- Connaissance des différentes applications/logiciels de la Banque (souhaitable)
