Développeur Principal Lead Back-End (Côte Saint-Luc)

Une carrière en tant que développeur principal Lead Back-End ou développeuse principale Lead Back-End dans l’équipe Livraison TI Plateforme de Gouvernance de la Destruction des Données, à la Banque Nationale, consiste à agir à titre de développeur Full-Stack et à mettre à disposition vos compétences techniques, votre leadership et votre capacité à influencer pour contribuer à une initiative majeure et novatrice. Ce poste vous permet d’avoir un impact positif sur l’organisation grâce à votre expertise en développement logiciel et en intégration de solutions.
Responsabilités Veiller à livrer des solutions technologiques alignées sur les besoins d’affaires et les orientations d’architecture.
Concevoir et mettre en place des intégrations via API, micro‑services et flux Kafka.
Développer des pipelines pour automatiser l’intégration continue (CI) et le déploiement continu (CD).
Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes complexes en favorisant des solutions durables.
Collaborer avec les architectes, analystes et développeurs pour optimiser les livrables.
Renforcer les bonnes pratiques de génie logiciel et assurer la qualité par des tests automatisés.
Qualifications Prérequis : Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, en génie logiciel ou expérience pertinente et 7ans minimum d’expérience.
Maîtrise des technologies Java, du framework Spring, des micro‑services, des API et des contrats API.
Bonne connaissance des outils DevOps (Jenkins, Git/BitBucket, Nexus, Docker).
Expérience avec les services AWS (Lambdas, StepFunctions, S3, EKS, SQS) et Kafka.
Connaissance du cycle de vie du développement logiciel et de la méthodologie Agile.
