Senior Director Stress Testing (Côte Saint-Luc)

A Senior Risk Manager in the Enterprise Risk Management team at National Bank will act as a strategic leader in crisis simulation and scenario analysis, providing positive impact through expertise in risk management, analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

• Pilot crisis simulation exercises across the Bank, including stress tests and scenario analyses.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of programs and tools related to non‑financial risks.
• Coordinate complex simulations involving multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Represent the Bank with regulatory bodies and external organizations.
• Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to senior management and governance committees.
• Influence and challenge internal partners to ensure the quality, rigor and relevance of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and approximately 10 years of relevant experience in risk management or a related field.
• Experience in project management and financial or non‑financial risk management.
• Solid knowledge of the banking sector and the regulatory environment.
• Ability to manage complex and multidimensional initiatives.
