Pfizer seeks a Senior Strategic Healthcare Partner for Quebec to build collaborative relationships across hospital networks, community health organizations, and healthcare institutions. The role focuses on understanding care pathways, identifying system gaps, and co-creating solutions to improve patient access and healthcare delivery in gastroenterology, rheumatology, and hospital settings, operating under a non-promotional mandate.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with gastroenterology and rheumatology stakeholders to understand patient journeys and unmet care needs
- Co-create scalable solutions for care processes and patient pathways to improve clinical capacity
- Partner strategically with hospitals on oncology biosimilars, supportive care, and anticoagulation initiatives
- Lead quality improvement initiatives optimizing system capacity, resources, and sustainability
- Gather and communicate healthcare network insights to inform organizational strategy and planning
Requirements
- University degree in life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
- Experience in quality improvement, co-creation, healthcare network partnerships, or complex projects
- Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare system and patient care pathways
- Demonstrated ability to build trust-based partnerships and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of hospital operations, biosimilar transitions, and healthcare service delivery models
